ASP Associates is a verification infrastructure provider based in Delhi, India. We build and operate APIs that help businesses verify identity, employment, financial, and vehicle data.

What Data We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your selected use case
• Your message

We also automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and the page URL from which the form was submitted. This is standard technical information transmitted by your browser.

Why We Collect It

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your demo request or API access inquiry. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, behavioural analysis, or any purpose unrelated to your inquiry.

Legal Basis

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent, as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. By submitting the contact form, you consent to the collection and processing of the data described above.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at contact@aspassociates.in. Upon withdrawal, we will delete your data within 7 business days.

How We Store It

Your form submissions are stored in two locations:

• Google Sheets — a secured spreadsheet accessible only to authorised ASP Associates team members.
• Web3Forms — a third-party form delivery service that forwards submissions to our email inbox.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Retention

We retain your contact form data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. You may request deletion of your data at any time before this period by contacting us. Upon request, your data will be deleted within 7 business days.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access — You can request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction — You can request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent — You can withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will stop processing your data.
• Right to Erasure — You can request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to Nominate — You can nominate a representative to exercise your rights on your behalf.
